The Review Committee for Protection of Research Risks to Humans (ISI) is established to formalize and specify the Institution's commitment to the promotion of high scientific and ethical standards in biomedical, social, and behavioural science research involving human participants. The Committee evaluates and certifies the suitability of conducting research involving humans and suggests precautionary measures, if necessary. It is also responsible for continuous monitoring of approved research to ensure ethical compliance.
