Agricultural and Ecological Research Unit (AERU)

Advancing Research in Agriculture, Ecology & Statistical Sciences

Overview of AERU
The Agricultural and Ecological Research Unit (AERU) is based in Kolkata with its branch at Giridih. The scientific members of the Unit are actively engaged in research and academic activities in Agriculture and Ecology. Most faculty members contribute to regular teaching in B. Stat and M.Stat courses of ISI and also teach in various departments of other universities.

Faculty members provide internship training to students from different universities. The Unit has also launched a Post Graduate Diploma in Agricultural and Rural Management with Statistical Methods and Analytics at its Giridih branch, strengthening interdisciplinary education and applied research initiatives.
